Currently Sam holds the position of VP/CIO at Rosendin Electric, one of the nation’s top 5 electrical engineering, power, and communications providers in the U.S.

Prior to joining Rosendin Electric, Mr. Lamonica held the position of CIO at Rudolph and Sletten, one of the largest general contractors on the west coast. He also has held Executive Information Technology positions with other companies, including Phoenix Technologies, Macromedia, NorthPoint Communications, and Network Equipment Technology (NET).

Mr. Lamonica is currently on CIO advisory boards for SanDisk, Validity, YouSendIt, and GroundWorks.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco.
